Job Description:
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to greet visitors and manage incoming calls efficiently. You will also provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and mailing.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed by the office staff.

- Outstanding phone personality
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Interested in providing uncommonly great service
- Good with technology - pulling reports, using Excel, creating graphics, etc
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
