We operate in a consistent growth mode, creating opportunities both within our existing book of business and beyond State Farm, while maintaining a fun, inviting workplace where people enjoy showing up each day. With 27 years as an agent and 35 years with the company overall, including time in claims and real estate before agency life, I bring a deep understanding of the business and a passion for developing people. Our office is based in St. Augustine Beach in St. Johns County, one of the fastest growing areas in the country, and we use modern technology and forward thinking training to support our team. We cross train team members and help them grow into roles such as sales, retention, account management, or marketing, building confidence while allowing specialization. Our culture is friendly, laid back, and work hard play hard, a “weird little work family” that laughs often, supports one another, and takes pride in accomplishing goals together. Our team includes about nine in office members and five remote, supported by marketing and digital teams. I hold a BA from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from California State University Dominguez Hills, and my family includes my wife Sasha and our four children. We are looking for good people with outgoing personalities and a genuine desire to help others, because everything else can be taught.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Perry Unwalla - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $32,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
